Growing up on South Hill just past Ithaca College, Vinny went through Ithaca City Schools, graduating Ithaca High School in 2014. After graduating high school, Vinny attended SUNY Delhi, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Technology.
Moving back to Ithaca in 2018, Vinny realized that Real Estate was a mixture of everything he loved! Architectural design, specifically single-family homes, and having the flexibility to meet new people and be “active” in the community every day. Fully licensed and ready to go in June 2019, Vinny was the newest (and youngest at the time) agent with Howard Hanna Ithaca.
Vinny has quickly closed over $20M in sales over four short years, representing buyers, sellers and renters! Representing buyers in this ever-changing and intense market is where Vinny has truly shined. First-time-homebuyers have raved that Vinny makes the process easy, approachable, and smooth. In the first three years, Vinny was apart of the very first formed real estate team in Ithaca, gaining experience and knowledge that only seasoned agents can pass on. Vinny was quick to get our home listed and sold for us when we moved out of state (with only two months notice before our leave date). Vinny is incredible. We searched for a house at the worst possible time. Interest rate was skyrocketing. The pandemic was still ongoing. We were out of town. All of these made finding a suitable home difficult, not to mention finding a perfect house. The possible options that Vinny sent us were all good. During the virtual visit in which Vinny videotaped the house and commented on the features of the house according to our preference, it is very clear and helpful. Videos tell us a lot, but not everything. Vinny would tell us whether the floor feels uneven, whether there is a smell that we may find uncomfortable, etc. In the entire process, Vinny’s guidance eased our anxiety of purchasing a house for the first time. There were lots and lots of things that Vinny reminded us of and did for us that make the long and strenuous closing process eventually a pleasant experience. Vinny is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He should be your go-to guy!

He recorded a personalized walk-through video, pointed out details in the house, and made us feel we were right there with him.
Having Vinny’s commentary on the video was super helpful, as we could keep consulting it. Once the bidding process started, Vinny guided us through every step of the way in what turned out to be a very challenging bidding season. We appreciated his attention to detail, his knowledge of real estate and Ithaca, and his fundamental understanding of what kind of houses we wanted.
